Alpha Development Group

Alpha Development Group is a multi-family development platform owned by Wadsworth, dbURBAN, and Ball Ventures. ADG creates highly modern, luxury housing solutions for some of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the intermountain west. As managing member of the platform, Wadsworth provides strategic guidance, back-office services, and plays a key role in building a world-class operations team. Alpha currently has approx. 1,600 units ($500M) under development.

Roots

Roots Management Group is the parent company of two leading brands in the manufactured housing communities industry: Treehouse Communities and Vineyards Management Group. Leveraging its robust scale, Roots acquires, improves, and manages affordable living communities across the United States. As a founding general partner, Wadsworth provides strategic and management oversight for Roots, and plays a key role in building strategic relationships and a world-class operations team. Roots is currently the fifth largest MH owner in the country (+41,000 sites).

Global Logistics Center | Wadsworth Development Group

SLC GLC

The Salt Lake City Global Logistics Company is a partnership between Wadsworth, Colmena Group, and Stokes Stevenson, providing large-scale industrial products for an unmatched location just west of the SLC International Airport. As a founding general partner, Wadsworth provides strategic and management oversight for SLC GLC, and plays a key role in construction management, financial analysis, and building a world-class operations team. The company plans for approximately 50 million square feet of future product over 3,000 acres.
