Alec is an Analyst at WDG, supporting the evaluation and underwriting of investment and development opportunities through property and partnership cash flow forecasts, as well as valuation and scenario analyses. He also provides support to our property management division in lease evaluation for new and renewing tenants.
Prior to joining WDG, Alec worked as an Equity Research Associate at Stifel Financial Corp. His role at Stifel was focused on modeling company- and unit-level cash flows and returns for his coverage universe, completing market research, evaluating impacts of capital market conditions on return profiles, and communicating these analyses to investors. Alec received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, and he is a CFA charter holder.
Alec enjoys skiing, hiking, golf, and otherwise getting out and experiencing Utah’s natural beauty as much as he can.
