Elizabeth is a multifaceted leader in the real estate industry. Her experience includes real estate development, design, tenant coordination, and operations. She is recognized for leading compelling projects that are competitively distinct in their market and for defining relevant lifestyle amenities to expand tenant and consumer draw. As a Development Director with the Wadsworth Development Group, Elizabeth’s projects include commercial, retail, mixed-use, and industrial developments. Prior to joining Wadsworth, Elizabeth served in a variety of leadership roles at GGP including Development Director, Director of Tenant Coordination, and Operations Director.
A transplanted New Yorker, Elizabeth’s career in real estate began with positions in store design and development at Barneys New York and Coach. Her key function in these positions was to communicate and strengthen the global brand identities through architecture and development of stores across the US, Hawaii, and Japan. This distinct expertise translates to development and execution of projects that maximize appeal and productivity for both developers and tenants.
