Eric is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and repairing building infrastructure and equipment as well as ensuring compliance with relevant building safety and regulations codes at Wadsworth Development Group properties.
Preceding his position at Wadsworth Development Group, Eric had experience in many building engineering roles. Eric worked at the University of Utah as a Mechanical Engineer where he performed preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on the hospitals mechanical equipment including air handlers, exhaust fans, motors, pumps, generators, etc.
Before that, Eric was employed at Hines where he received experience and training in building electrical, HVAC, plumbing, controls, and mechanical maintenance/repair.
Eric was born in and spent most of his life in Utah. In his free time Eric enjoys building custom computers and racing cars on local circuit courses.
