Kade Wadsworth | Wadsworth Development Group

Kade brings a quantitative and institutional approach to Wadsworth Development Group. He was trained at Hines, one of the largest privately-owned real estate investment and development firms in the world: First as an Analyst in their headquarter office, supporting the management of over $1B in equity dedicated to development and acquisitions in emerging markets; then as sole Associate on a development and acquisitions team, where he was instrumental in the acquisition and asset management of +$400M of office assets in Salt Lake City, Utah. Kade was primarily responsible for underwriting new acquisition and development opportunities, equity raising, investor reporting, and asset management.

Kade joined WDG in 2016 where he began as Chief Analyst handling most of WDG’s analytical needs in addition to development management of the firm’s first ground-up hotel and multifamily projects. In this role, he upgraded the firm’s underwriting methods and approach to project capitalization.  As Chief Investment Officer, Kade is currently responsible for sourcing and negotiating equity capital and joint venture partnerships, managing Wadsworth internal investment strategy and processes, and supporting the family’s strategic investments and platforms.

Kade continues to provide oversight to all internal analyses and support for the Wadsworth family’s strategic investments and platforms. Kade is a third-generation Wadsworth with a proven track record in instituting strategic capitalization strategies. Kade holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Outside of work Kade enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, mountain biking, snowboarding, pickleball, and boating.
