Leo is responsible for the successful progression of Wadsworth’s commercial projects throughout the development process. This includes supporting feasibility, acquisition, design management, entitlement, bidding and construction aspects. He has been in the industry since 2005 bringing experience in commercial real estate, construction management and architecture. Prior to joining Wadsworth Development group, Leo’s experience includes functioning as a Senior Development Manager at Thomson Thrift Retail Group, Lead Developer at IFF.org, and as a Director of US Real Estate and Construction at Domino’s Pizza Inc.
He has earned many accolades over the years including CCIM accreditation and holds a BS and Masters of Architecture from Lawrence Technological University.
In his free time Leo enjoys playing recreational hockey, golf, pinball and traveling.
