Scott assists our Development Directors during the design, construction, and the closeout phases of assigned projects. A few of his responsibilities include overseeing construction details; utility coordination; and project scope, cost, and schedule analysis. Scott is a native of Salt Lake City, UT with over 25 years of experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University as well as an MBA from Arizona State University.
His professional experience includes commercial and residential projects in Utah, Arizona, Nevada, and California with expertise in design-bid-build, design-build, & CMAR delivery methods. On his personal time, Scott enjoys backpacking, tennis, skiing, movies, and just trying to keep pace with his sons doing recreational activities.
